BIU Group are leaders in the textile recycling industry, providing a second-to-none service to its commercial and charity partners. Previously known as BAGITUP to charity partners Yorkshire, Essex, Midlands, Thames Valley Air Ambulance, the directors recognised the commercial growth with supermarket giant Tesco. With a self proclaimed strap-line of ‘always excellence’ BIU Group chose to review existing marketing collateral and looked to Fishtank Creative for concept development, art direction and digital strategy devision that carries equity and recognition.
The result of the branding process was a realisation that so the brand identity should motivate, innovate – reflecting positivity and togetherness. The new brand toolkit was not limited just to a new logo or simply a brand refresh. Primary and secondary typography, a designated colour palette and exploration of other brand elements to create a look that supports the brand throughout. Maintaining existing brand recognition with a modern, cleaner approach that will stand the test of time.
