The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing key accounts and working with a wide range of well-known national and global brands. We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic and who strives to exceed the expectations of clients and the team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Development of existing client relationships; being alert to new business opportunities with existing clients, whilst reaching out to potential opportunities in the wider market
  • Involvement in client and product research, familiarisation and brainstorming across both traditional and digital projects
  • Delivery of client presentations and pitches
  • Attend and input at client-briefing and project meetings with various members of the team
  • Prepare cost proposals and schedules for projects, helping to define project scope, resource requirements and identify any technical or third party requirements
  • Ensuring accounts’ projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Be responsible for ensuring that relevant clients and account team members are kept up to date on project developments; whilst alerting both parties to changes in timings, costs and any issues that may arise during the project
  • Working with the Director to oversee the work schedule within the studio
  • Liaising with production teams and printers
  • Supporting the Director with business development within the agency and assisting with long term growth plans

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience in a web/design/marketing agency is preferable, implementing strategic campaigns
  • Personality to quickly establish effective relationships with clients
  • Strong English skills are essential
  • Experience in Social and Digital Media campaigns is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent organisation and timekeeping, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Experience of Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Confident in liaising and negotiating with external suppliers
