Impress Paving have a reputation for paving expertise throughout the UK and pride themselves on delivering high quality surfacing solutions. With a client base that consists of McDonalds, Kirklees Council, Yorkshire Water and Transport Scotland they swiftly recognised that the company image needed a refresh from the ground upwards. Not dissimilar to us here at Fishtank Creative, Impress Paving have a keen eye for detail and take great pride in a finished project. On this basis the brief was simple: Make us the market leader on all fronts.
The digital and brand strategy was based on Impress Paving’s core business service, pattern imprinted concrete. We devised an icon that would be recognisable and could be distinguished easily away from the company name. The primary font – Gotham, needed to work on both a digital platform and throughout corporate literature, whilst also combining with a colour palette that would allow the location images to stand out from the crowd. Fishtank Creative also assembled a brand toolkit to be used on stationery, signage and apparel whilst providing art direction for social media campaigns and a brand new website.
